Managing Partner of RW, with over 25 years of experience in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. Mauricio was Country Managing Partner of Mazars, an international auditing, accounting, tax, and corporate finance firm. Prior to that, he was also Founding Partner and General Manager of Grupo Multiplo, a firm dedicated to financial services and leasing. Mauricio has extensive experience in M&A, handling complex negotiations, and creating corporate and fiscal strategies. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of 7 companies in different industries. Mauricio has a degree in Economics and Accounting with honors from the ITAM as well as an MBA from IPADE and an honorary doctorate from Universidad La Salle.

RW partner devoted to the coordination and structuring of mergers and acquisitions as well as the development of company and project valuations across various industries. She has vast experience in developing business plans, prospectuses, and information memorandums, as well as strategic analyses and market research studies. Tatiana has developed projects for domestic and global clients in various sectors, including the automotive industry, IT, energy, and manufacturing. Tatiana has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana and an MBA from IPADE in Mexico City.
Financial Analysis
Senior Financial Analyst in RW, Diego has held positions as comptroller of national and international companies and projects in diverse industry sectors (manufacturing, services, and real estate). Diego has experience in FP&A, corporate finance, budgeting, accounting, and has participated in the development of business plans, company valuations and scenarios modeling for decision making. Diego has a degree in Accounting from Universidad Salesiana and an MBA from IPADE.
Constanza heads the Administrative Management and manages special projects thanks to her experience in project structuring and execution. She holds a degree in International Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana.
Legal Analysis
Alejandro is a legal analyst at RW, he has worked in the public sector at the National Immigration Institute as the Deputy Chief Operations Officer of Regional Immigration Stations and has also held various positions in the private sector, including export logistics and hospitality manager. He holds a degree in Administrative Informatics from the Universidad Tecnológica de México.
